💰 Salary: 10k-16k( Depends on the interview) + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Life Insurance Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance policies, understanding customer needs, and providing suitable insurance solutions. You will play a key role in driving business growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers to promote life insurance products.

• Understand clients’ financial goals and recommend appropriate insurance plans.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term engagement.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.

• Ensure timely completion of all documentation and policy issuance.

• Provide after-sales support and address customer queries or concerns.

• Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the management.

• Stay updated with industry trends, policy changes, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).

• Prior experience in life insurance or financial services is an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.

• Basic understanding of life insurance products and financial planning.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
