We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive to join our Healthcare company at Raipur .The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹10000 - ₹15000.

Key Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities

✅ Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients (Gynecologists, Hospitals & Andrology labs)

✅ Conduct cold calling & build new lead pipelines

✅ Perform consistent follow-ups until conversion

✅ Understand individual customer requirements and respond with personalized solutions

✅ Provide virtual product demonstrations to doctors & hospital owners

✅ Maintain lead records and daily activities on HubSpot CRM

✅ Document sales updates in Excel, Word & CRM systems

✅ Represent the company professionally with proper telephone & communication etiquette

✅ Handle objections and rejections positively while keeping strong conversion focus

✅ Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients

✔ Excellent Hindi & English communication skills

✔ Confident in making calls and handling objections
