Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller to communicate with customers over phone calls. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, providing information about products or services, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound calls and answer customer queries
Provide information about products and services
Follow up with leads and maintain call records
Update customer details in the system
Achieve daily or weekly call targets

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to convince and handle customers
