Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales Executive who can generate business through social media, identify potential clients, and pitch our wide range of digital marketing and production services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to convert inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through social media platforms, outreach, and market research.

• Connect with brands, creators, businesses, and individuals looking to scale their content.

• Pitch and sell influencer marketing campaigns, commercial shoots, and digital marketing services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

• Understand client needs and recommend suitable services (shoots, campaigns, content strategies, etc.)

• Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and conversions.

• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation, pricing, and campaign execution.

• Represent Vogue Productions professionally and consistently across communication channels.

Requirements:

• 0.6–2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Social Media Sales / Digital Marketing Sales.

• Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and content creation.

• Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term professional relationships.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

• Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and creator trends is a plus.
