Role Description:
We are hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Executive in Kanpur. This role focuses on customer follow-ups, regular calling, and maintaining healthy client relationships. The ideal candidate should be proactive, communicative.
Follow up with leads and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person visits
Maintain accurate customer records.
Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth customer support
Ensure timely resolution of queries and support requests
Assist in client retention and relationship-building activities
