Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, quotes, and proposals to close sales.

• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently communicate features, benefits, and pricing.

• Collaborate with marketing and outside sales teams to support campaigns and lead generation efforts.

• Use CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and report performance.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or customer service.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong ability to build rapport and close deals over the phone or digitally.

• Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

• Self-starter with a results-driven attitude.

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
