Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential customers through inbound and outbound calls.
Promote credit card and credit improvement products effectively.
Educate customers about credit scores and financial products.
Convert leads into successful sales and achieve assigned targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions.
Work closely with the team to achieve overall business goals.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in loan sales, credit cards, or financial services (NBFCs/Banks).
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
Basic understanding of credit products and credit score concepts.
