We are a premier real estate firm in Gurgaon seeking motivated and experienced female professionals to join our dynamic sales team.

About the Role:

You will be central to our sales process, responsible for lead generation, client relationship management, and driving sales for our premium projects. Roles include handling calls and generating leads (Teller/Caller, Inside Sales) to converting leads and closing deals (Sales Executive).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage outbound/inbound calls to generate and qualify leads.

Understand client needs and recommend property solutions.

Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of real estate sales experience.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and phone etiquette.

Goal-oriented with a proven track record.

Basic computer knowledge.
