We are hiring an experienced Inside Sales Specialist to drive B2B sales for our project-based clean energy solutions. The role involves outbound calling, online presentations, relationship building, and meeting monthly/quarterly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound B2B sales calls and lead qualification
Pitching solutions to key decision-makers
Conducting professional online presentations
CRM management and sales reporting
Meeting sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
Excellent communication in English & Hindi
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Confident and professional demeanor
Prior experience in CRM and inside sales processes
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday | Alternate Saturdays Working | 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
