Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for handling inbound sales calls. This role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding product offerings (TVS loans and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make inbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain features, specifications.

• Convert inquiries into sales through consultative selling techniques.

• Maintain a database of leads and opportunities using CRM tools.

• Assist customers with financing options, documentation, and insurance.

• Follow up with existing customers for feedback, renewals, upgrades, or referrals.

• Prepare regular reports on call outcomes, lead conversion, and customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate

• Minimum 6 Months of experience in inside sales, telesales, (automobile sector preferred).

• Good communication skills in Bengali , Hindi and English.

• Knowledge of sales principles.

• High energy, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Good computer knowledge.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
