Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive to support our sales team by making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and generating qualified leads. This role is focused on building customer connections, promoting our chromatography solutions, and booking appointments for the field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

Explain company products and services in a clear and professional manner.

Generate and qualify potential leads through cold calls and follow-ups.

Maintain call logs, customer data, and update excel sheets.

Schedule meetings and appointments for the field sales team.

Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities.

Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
