Roles and Responsibilities
Assisting customers in the sale or service of a range of financial products over the phone or via email.
Understanding customer requirements, explaining products, and closing sales or providing customer support by answering queries about products and services.
Meeting and exceeding productivity and targets as assigned periodically.
Ensuring high levels of speed and accuracy in all tasks.
Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communications.
ISMS Responsibilities
Be aware and comply with the ISMS Policy, procedures and objectives
Actively participate in ISMS exercises
Request access to information access from their Team Leaders/ Executives
Report known and suspected security incidents to the IT Helpdesk
Protect secrecy of passwords
Protect information assets used by them against compromise of assets confidentiality, integrity or availability.
Desires Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Prefer prior experience in Sales or Customer Service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Should be confident & dynamic
Should have a bent toward Sales and Good in persuasion
Should be efficient in converting customer interest into sales
Should be efficient in resolving customer queries and concerns
Should be a Team Player, Quick learner, creative and achiever
Should be passionate about work output
