Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with prospective students and parents, explaining educational programs, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to students/parents from provided leads
Handle inbound calls and respond to course-related inquiries
Explain EdTech courses, curriculum, fees, and learning benefits clearly
Counsel students on suitable courses based on their academic needs
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate call records in CRM
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly enrollment targets
Address objections and resolve customer queries professionally
Coordinate with academic and sales teams for smooth onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English & regional language
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, Email)
Customer-oriented attitude with a positive approach
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Experience in EdTech or education sales is an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Graduate / Undergraduate
Prior experience in Telecalling, Sales, or Counseling (EdTech preferred)
Passion for education and helping students
