Needs Assessment:

Meeting with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and specific insurance needs.

Product Knowledge:

Possessing in-depth knowledge of various insurance products like life, health, motor, and home insurance.

Policy Recommendations:

Recommending the most appropriate insurance policies based on the client's needs and financial situation.

Policy Guidance:

Explaining the terms, conditions, coverage, and exclusions of different insurance policies.

Sales and Marketing:

Generating new business by selling insurance products.

Client Support:

Assisting clients with policy applications, renewals, and claims processing.

Risk Management:

Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them through insurance.
