Job Description

We are looking for a confident and target-driven Tele Sales Executive with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join our team. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads and explain products/services
Handle inbound inquiries and provide proper information to customers
Generate sales, follow up on leads, and close deals
Maintain customer records and update call details regularly
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Build good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with the team for lead management and reporting
