Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of telesales executives and customer care (voice process) to achieve daily and monthly sales targets through outbound calling.
Motivate, guide, and mentor the team to ensure consistent business growth in a call centre/voice process environment.
Allocate leads to team members and monitor conversion ratios from calls to closures.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly telesales performance reports.
Ensure quality conversations and maintain strong customer relationships over phone calls.
Drive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities during telesales interactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, call quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
