Key responsibilitiesSales and customer acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers to promote credit card products through methods like field visits, tele-calling, and in-branch activities.Product knowledge: Clearly explain the features, benefits, eligibility criteria, fees, and usage of various credit card options.Target achievement: Consistently meet monthly sales targets and ensure the maximum number of card activations from sales.Customer relationship management: Build and maintain customer relationships by handling inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing ongoing support to increase card usage.Sales pipeline management: Maintain a database of prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.Cross-selling: Look for opportunities to cross-sell other financial products, such as loans or insurance, to credit card customers.Administrative tasks: Complete applications accurately, submit them to the processing unit, and ensure all customer data is correctly updated in the contact database.
