
Key responsibilities
Sales and promotion: Promote and sell SBI credit cards to customers through various channels like field visits, tele-calling, and in-branch activities.
Product knowledge: Explain the features, benefits, eligibility, fees, and usage of different credit card products to customers.
Lead generation: Identify and generate leads for new credit card sales.
Sales target achievement: Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
Customer relationship management: Maintain good customer relationships, follow up with clients, and handle queries or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Application processing: Guide customers through the application process and ensure maximum card activations.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with RBI/SBI policies, KYC norms, and other company guidelines.
Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
