• Handle walk-in inquiries, explain course details, and guide students in selecting the right career path.

• Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-up.

• Maintain records of inquiries, leads, admissions, and follow-ups.

• Provide accurate information about programs, fees, duration, career scope, and certifications.

• Build strong relationships with students and ensure excellent customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong, convincing, and counselling abilities.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving approach.

• Graduation in any stream (Education background preferred but not mandatory).
