Position: Telecaller / Visa Counsellor

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to immigration and visa services.

Provide accurate information about visa procedures, requirements, and documentation.

Counsel clients regarding study visas, work visas, PR, tourist visas, etc.

Assist in filling applications, checking eligibility, and preparing documents.

Maintain regular follow-up with clients through calls, messages, and emails.

Keep records of client interactions, applications, and case updates.

Work towards achieving monthly targets and contribute to team growth.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English & Hindi (other languages a plus).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM handling).

Prior experience in immigration/overseas consultancy preferred (freshers can also apply).

Ability to handle client queries with patience and professionalism.

Target-oriented with problem-solving attitude.
