We are looking for a proactive and energetic Telecaller to support our Bootcamp and Event Management initiatives related to AI, Jobs, Training, and Courses. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English, possess strong communication skills, and be open to occasional travel once in a month if required for on-ground event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and participants for bootcamps, workshops, and events.
Handle inbound queries related to training programs and course details.
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM or lead tracking sheets.
Coordinate with the event and marketing teams for on-ground support during bootcamps.
Travel a month to nearby or outstation event locations nearby Mumbai as required.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience as a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive / Event Coordinator.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic understanding of social media and video creation (reels, short clips).
Comfortable with occasional travel for events and bootcamps.
Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong follow-up skills.
