Job Description

We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Darsh Infotech Pvt.Ltd . The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT software solutions (Tally ,ERP, CRM, HRMS, POS, etc.)

· Promote IT software products and services effectively

· Accurately Create Datasheet of customer information, call details, and feedback .

· Identifying opportunities to offer additional or related products/services.

· Preparing sales reports and tracking progress.

· Proficiency with Tally software and MS Office is an added advantage.

Job Requirements:

Qualification : Minimum 12th Pass

Experience : 1 - 3 years

Salary : As per the company standards.
