Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele calling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing product/service information, generating leads, and resolving queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Provide accurate information about products/services.

Generate leads and follow up on potential opportunities.

Address and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.

Maintain records of calls, feedback, and customer interactions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic computer knowledge for record-keeping.

Prior experience in tele calling or sales is a plus
