Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers.
Explain our products/services in a clear and engaging manner.
Maintain call records and follow up on interested leads.
Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.

Requirements:

Good verbal communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional languages).
Confident and persuasive speaking style.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry, CRM tools preferred).
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
