Identify new business opportunities through various channels (LinkedIn, cold emails/calls, Upwork, freelancing platforms, referrals, etc.)
Research and qualify potential leads based on company fit and requirements
Reach out to prospects via email, phone, or video calls to explain services and generate interest
Schedule meetings and presentations for senior sales or technical teams
Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations
Maintain and update CRM with lead status, client communication, and pipeline reports
Follow up with prospects and assist in closing deals
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in IT sales, lead generation, or business development (freshers with excellent communication skills can apply)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of IT services and software solutions (e.g., web/mobile apps, SaaS, cloud, etc.)
Good interpersonal skills and confidence in client communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or freelancing portals is a plus
