Job Description

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through various channels (LinkedIn, cold emails/calls, Upwork, freelancing platforms, referrals, etc.)

  • Research and qualify potential leads based on company fit and requirements

  • Reach out to prospects via email, phone, or video calls to explain services and generate interest

  • Schedule meetings and presentations for senior sales or technical teams

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations

  • Maintain and update CRM with lead status, client communication, and pipeline reports

  • Follow up with prospects and assist in closing deals

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets

  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings


Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, lead generation, or business development (freshers with excellent communication skills can apply)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic understanding of IT services and software solutions (e.g., web/mobile apps, SaaS, cloud, etc.)

  • Good interpersonal skills and confidence in client communication

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or freelancing portals is a plus
