We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Analyst who can identify and acquire potential customers through phone calls. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining our services, and maintaining healthy relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers to introduce company products/services.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain and update customer databases (Excel/CRM).
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into clients.
Prepare basic reports on daily calls, leads, and conversions.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English).
Confident while speaking over the phone.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Ability to handle rejections positively and stay motivated.
Team player with a goal-oriented approach.
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA preferred (any stream).
Freshers and candidates with prior telecalling/sales experience can apply.
