Position Overview: Business Development Executive – Inside Sales

We are looking for dynamic fresh graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience who are passionate about education, sales, and career guidance. As a Business Development Executive, you will connect with potential learners, understand their career goals, and guide them toward suitable learning programs that enhance their professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand each learner’s educational background, career aspirations, and skill development needs

• Recommend appropriate upskilling programs tailored to individual goals

• Drive enrollment and achieve weekly/monthly revenue targets

• Maintain accurate and timely records of communication and follow-ups in CRM systems
  

Who Should Apply

• Freshers eager to build a successful career in EdTech sales and counseling

• Professionals with 0–3 years of experience in B2C sales, academic counseling, or career guidance

• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about helping learners succeed

• Willing to work from our Thane office (in-person role)
  

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline

• Prior experience in sales, EdTech, or counseling is an added advantage
