Job Description

As a BDE, you will be responsible for:
 Initiating calls to potential clients and following up on leads.
 Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
 Building strong relationships with prospects and converting leads.
 Applying effective sales techniques to achieve set targets.

Providing regular reports and analysis of sales performance Requirements:
 Strong communication skills.
 A focused and dedicated approach.
 A willingness to learn and grow Shift & Work Details:

Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
Location: Rabale & Thane

Compensation & Benefits:
 Fresher’s (Interns): ₹8,000/–₹10,000/ month (Stipend) + Unlimited Incentives
 Fresher’s (Full-Time): ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month (Based on interview) + Unlimited Incentives
 Experienced (Ed-Tech BDEs): ₹20,000 – ₹50,000/month (Based on experience and interview)+ Unlimited Incentives
