Customer Handling (Branch-Based):
Attend walk-in customers and understand their housing loan needs.
Explain product features, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
Lead Generation & Follow-up:
Source new customers through cold calls, field visits, builders, DSA, and references.
Maintain daily lead tracker and follow up till conversion.
File Login to Disbursement:
Collect complete documentation as per company policy.
Coordinate with credit, technical, and operations teams for smooth disbursal.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly targets for file login and loan disbursement.
Market Mapping:
Regular visits in assigned pin codes/locations to understand market demand.
Build strong relationships with builders and channel partners.
Education: Minimum Graduate
Experience: 0.6 – 3 years in Sales (preferably in Home Loans / LAP / BFSI sector)
