Job Description – Customer Service & Renewals Executive (Gujarati)

Role Overview

We are looking for passionate Customer Service Executives who can handle Gujarati-speaking members, assist with profile renewals, resolve queries, and deliver excellent customer experience over calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls for renewals and support

• Assist customers with membership plans and payments

• Provide accurate information about services

• Build trust and maintain positive customer relationships

• Resolve queries and escalate complex issues as needed

• Maintain call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets

• Update CRM tools with customer interactions

  Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Voice experience

• Qualification: HSC or Above

• Fluent in Gujarati + Hindi, with average English

• Age: 21+

• Basic computer and telecalling skills

• Good communication and persuasion ability

• Ready for rotational offs

  Shift & Working Days

• Shifts: 10 AM – 7 PM / 12 PM – 9 PM

  Salary & Benefits

• ₹20,000 In-hand

• ₹23,000 Gross

• PF + Incentives + Permanent Payroll
