🎯 Role & Responsibilities

As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be the primary link between Nafisha & Company and potential business clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively call and connect with potential business clients to introduce and promote our range of business loan products.

• Product Expertise: Clearly and accurately explain loan offers, eligibility criteria, and the entire application process details to prospective clients.

• Sales & Closure: Effectively manage client follow-ups and successfully close sales leads to achieve monthly targets.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and secure repeat business.

• Education: HSC (12th Grade) or Graduate degree.

• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply!

• Communication: Good communication skills are essential, particularly in Hindi or English.
