We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Sales from a BPO background with 2 to 5 years of proven on-paper TL experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, driving performance, and achieving monthly targets. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team toward success. Key responsibilities include team performance tracking, call monitoring, quality control, reporting, and ensuring high conversion rates. Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of on-paper experience as a Sales Team Leader in a BPO.

• Strong communication, analytical, and motivational skills.

• Target-oriented and flexible to work in a fast-paced environment.
