To play a critical role in sales forecasting and generating the leads through different mediums.
• To prepare sales plans, monthly and quarterly plans.
• To make Sales Visits at corporates, education consultants, tutorials to qualify the sales lead and understand the requirement in detail.
• To identify sales opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses, establishing long term relationship with customer.
• Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives.
• Updates to reporting head by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
• Handle a Team of Counselor / Sr. Counselor / Executives
• Responsible for achieving the team and individual target every month.
