Job Description

The Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding students about suitable academic programs, assisting them with admission procedures, and ensuring they have a positive learning experience

Roles and Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents about courses, career options, and admission procedures

Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries

Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into admissions

Update and maintain student records in CRM

Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets

Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and education fairs when required
