Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead Conversion & Counselling

• Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries.

• Counsel prospective students on courses, batch timings, and fee structures.

• Understand learner goals and recommend the most suitable program.

2. Sales & Enrollment

• Convert inquiries into admissions by explaining course benefits and outcomes.

• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email until closure.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

3. Relationship Management

• Maintain a positive relationship with students before and after enrollment.

• Handle queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Coordinate with trainers and the admin team for smooth batch allocation.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales and persuasion skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).

• Previous experience in counseling, sales, or education industry preferred.
