Job Description:

We are seeking a Site Supervisor with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in high-rise building construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily site operations, ensuring work quality, coordinating labor and materials, and supporting the project engineer for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.

• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams.

• Monitor material usage and maintain site records.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Report daily progress and site issues to the project engineer.

• Assist in planning manpower and material requirements.
