Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team in Durg and Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. As a Service Engineer, you'll provide technical support and maintenance services for our lithium-ion battery products, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair lithium-ion battery systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
- Conduct routine testing and quality control checks
- Collaborate with the service team to resolve customer issues
- Provide excellent customer service and support

Qualifications:
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Freshers can apply; experience in a similar role is a plus
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
