Job SummaryThe Mobile Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling mobile devices and related electronic components in accordance with production standards and quality requirements. This position involves working on a manufacturing line or workstation to build, test, and inspect mobile phones and devices. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and an understanding of electronics or precision assembly processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble mobile phone components including screens, circuit boards, casings, and internal parts according to company specifications.Operate and maintain assembly equipment, tools, and fixtures.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), assembly diagrams, and work instructions.Perform soldering, connector fitting, and component alignment as required.Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality and performance.Identify and report any defects or production issues to the supervisor immediately.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area in compliance with safety standards.Record production data, assembly counts, and inspection results accurately.Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to improve assembly processes.Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.QualificationsHigh school diploma(12th)technical diploma, or equivalent required.
