ITI Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of pumps, motors, valves, filters, and other plant equipment.

• Monitor and record plant parameters such as flow, pressure, pH, turbidity, and chlorine levels.

• Support the chemical dosing, backwashing, and cleaning processes as per standard procedures.

• Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Report any equipment malfunction, leakage, or abnormal readings to the supervisor.

• Assist in sampling and laboratory testing of treated and untreated water.

• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness within the plant area.

• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
