Cctv operator

Job Description:

We are looking for a CCTV Operator responsible for monitoring and operating surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of company premises, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate should have strong observation skills along with basic technical knowledge of CCTV systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live CCTV feeds and review recorded footage

Identify and report suspicious activities, incidents, or security breaches

Maintain daily monitoring logs and incident reports

Coordinate with the security team and management during emergencies

Ensure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, and monitoring systems are functioning properly

Escalate technical issues to the IT/technical support team when required

Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data and recordings

Follow all security SOPs and company policies

Technical Knowledge Required:

Basic understanding of CCTV cameras (Analog & IP cameras)

Knowledge of DVR/NVR systems and video recording functions

Ability to perform basic troubleshooting (camera disconnection, no display, power issues)

Familiarity with monitoring software and playback systems

Basic networking knowledge (LAN cables, switches – preferred)

Understanding of camera angles, focus, and coverage areas

Cctv Installation and repairing and maintenance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

Prior experience as a CCTV Operator or in security surveillance preferred

Basic computer knowledge ( Ms Excel & Ms word)

Good communication and reporting skills

Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹20000 per month for ( 08 Hours ) and Rs. 24000 per month for 12 hours.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
