• Conduct training sessions for new joiners and existing BPO staff

• Prepare training materials, scripts, and role-play activities

• Monitor performance and provide feedback to enhance communication and customer service skills

• Coordinate with team leads and management for ongoing improvement

• Ensure training effectiveness through regular evaluations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in BPO training or customer service preferred

• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)

• Positive attitude and confident personality

• Ability to manage a team and deliver results
