SEO Executive

We are looking for a Senior SEO Executive who can take full ownership of the SEO strategy, implementation, and performance for our website. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, and can independently drive measurable improvements in organic traffic, search rankings, and conversions.

You will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end SEO activities—from keyword research and content optimization to technical audits and link-building—without requiring constant oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a complete SEO strategy for the website to increase organic visibility and traffic.

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify ranking opportunities.

• Optimize website structure, metadata, headings, images, and internal linking for maximum on-page impact.

• Perform technical SEO audits, identify issues, and coordinate or implement fixes (site speed, crawlability, indexing, mobile optimization, etc.).

• Create and manage an off-page SEO plan, including link-building campaigns, guest posting, and outreach.

• Collaborate with or independently guide content strategy to align with SEO goals.

• Track and analyze SEO KPIs such as organic traffic, bounce rate, keyword rankings, and conversion rate.

• Use tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to monitor site health and performance.

• Ensure SEO efforts align with the latest algorithm updates and best practices.

• Manage and optimize Google Business Profile for local SEO, if applicable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a proven track record of independently managing SEO for websites.

• In-depth knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

• Strong command of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, and familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
