We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Principal to join our team at one of the Top 10+ Schools in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, proven leadership abilities, and expertise in educational development. As the head of the institution, the Principal will oversee all academic and administrative activities, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong academic and administrative leadership to the school.

• Oversee curriculum planning, lesson development, and implementation across all grades.

• Monitor, assess, and report on teacher performance and student progress.

• Ensure effective teaching methodologies and positive reinforcement techniques are used across classrooms.

• Mentor teachers and guide them in instructional strategies, classroom management, and student engagement.

• Facilitate the development of study skills, note-taking methods, and exam preparation strategies for students.

• Ensure smooth conduct of standardized tests, examinations, and academic assessments.

• Promote interactive, collaborative, and innovative learning practices.

• Maintain a safe, secure, and positive school environment for students and staff.

• Engage with parents, stakeholders, and the school community to maintain transparency and trust.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: B.Ed (Bachelor of Education)

• Strong experience in school leadership (Principal / Vice Principal / Senior Academic Coordinator).

• Proven expertise in academic planning, team management, and student development.

• Experience in test preparation, curriculum enhancement, and special education (preferred).

• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to inspire teachers and motivate students.
