We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at at Manav Management Group. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities to grow in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end B2B and B2C return processes, including receiving, QC, and stock inward
Ensure timely processing and availability of returned stock for resale
Coordinate with logistics partners for RTV shipments and tracking till closure
Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel
Monitor and ensure adherence to quality check (QC) standards
Lead and manage a large team, ensuring productivity and operational efficiency
Communicate effectively with internal teams through mails and regular updates
Identify process gaps and implement improvements for better efficiency
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
