Job Summary

Benir E Store Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and inventory planning. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely procurement of materials and maintaining smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Source products and obtain quotations from vendors.
Compare prices, negotiate rates, and finalize purchases as per company requirements.
Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) and track order status.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
Maintain vendor databases and develop new supplier relationships.
Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid stock shortages.
Verify invoices, delivery challans, and purchase-related documents.
Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams for smooth procurement operations.
Ensure timely receipt of materials and resolve supplier-related issues.
Prepare purchase reports and maintain accurate procurement records.

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
2–5 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management.
Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and ERP systems.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple vendors.
