Urgent Hiring – Contract Labour Supervisor

📍 Location: Pune, Maharashtra

💼 Experience: 2–5 Years

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000/month

⏰ Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage contract labourers and daily manpower deployment.

• Maintain attendance, shift, overtime and manpower records.

• Coordinate with contractors regarding manpower requirements and worker availability.

• Monitor worker discipline, productivity and work allocation.

• Handle absenteeism and arrange replacement manpower when required.

• Coordinate with HR, Admin, Production and Site teams.

• Handle worker grievances and routine workforce-related issues.

• Maintain proper documentation and records of contract workers.

• Coordinate regarding wages, attendance and overtime-related matters.

• Ensure workers follow safety rules, PPE requirements and company policies.

• Prepare daily/weekly manpower and attendance reports.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of contract labour and manpower management.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and attendance/payroll processes.

• Labour compliance and contractor documentation knowledge will be an advantage.

Qualification: Graduate/Diploma preferred.

Preferred Background: Manufacturing, industrial, construction, facility management or similar environments.
