Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Packaging Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire packaging process, ensuring that all activities are conducted with precision and care. This role requires a hands-on leader who is capable of managing a team of over 10 individuals and is willing to participate in packaging tasks when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Management:

- Oversee daily packaging operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

- Manage and lead a team of more than 10 packaging staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Ensure team adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

2. Quality Control:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure packaging meets company standards and customer expectations.

- Implement and monitor quality control measures to minimize errors and defects.

3. Process Oversight:

- Coordinate and streamline packaging processes to maximize productivity.

- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for packaging activities.

4. Team Collaboration:

- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and continuous improvement.

- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.

5. Problem Solving:

- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the packaging process promptly.

- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of problems.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of packaging activities and inventory levels.

- Utilize basic Excel skills to prepare reports and track performance metrics.

Qualifications:

- Education: Must be a graduate.

- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Packaging Supervisor or in a similar role.

- Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for documentation and reporting purposes.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
