Job Title: Floor Supervisor

Location: Focal Point, Ludhiana

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Gender: Male / Female

Age Preference: 35 years and above

Experience: Experienced candidate required (Factory/Manufacturing background)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Floor Supervisor to manage day-to-day factory floor operations. The candidate should be capable of handling factory workers, maintaining discipline, and ensuring smooth production activities.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage factory floor workers on a daily basis

Ensure production targets are met efficiently and on time

Allocate work to employees and monitor performance

Maintain discipline, attendance, and proper work practices

Coordinate with management regarding production status and issues

Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper use of machinery

Handle team-related issues and resolve shop-floor problems

Maintain basic production and attendance records

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or similar role in a factory

Strong leadership and team-handling skills

Ability to manage workers and maintain productivity

Basic knowledge of factory operations and safety standards

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Responsible, disciplined, and reliable

Preferred Candidate Profile

Age: Preferably above 35 years

Male or Female candidates welcome

Experience in managing factory employees is mandatory
