💰 CTC: ₹12 LPA Fixed + ₹5 LPA Variable
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate – 30 Days (30–60 Days conditionally accepted)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Centre Manager to lead and manage offline centre operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business performance, managing on-ground teams, and ensuring operational excellence at the centre level.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end offline centre operations

• Lead, coach, and motivate on-ground teams to achieve targets

• Drive revenue growth and operational efficiency

• Monitor daily performance, productivity, and KPIs

• Ensure adherence to company policies and processes

• Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance feedback sessions

• Handle escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

• Build strong local market presence and stakeholder relationships

Requirements

• 4+ years of total work experience

• 2+ years of offline team handling experience

• Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills

• Proven experience in managing centre/branch-level operations

• Comfortable with field-oriented responsibilities

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
