We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistic Manager with solid experience in import/export documentation to join our dynamic team in Zirakpur. Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle all import/export documentation

• Coordinate with banks for LC, BRC, and other trade documents

• Manage logistics coordination, including ocean freight bookings

• Ensure timely and compliant dispatch of goods and paperwork

• Liaise with shipping agents and freight forwarders

• Maintain accurate records and support finance for accounting entries

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in import/export documentation

• Strong knowledge of international logistics, INCOTERMS, and custom procedures

• Experience in banking coordination related to international trade

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation software/tools
